I have over 40 years experience in the estates and facilities management industry.  The first 19 were operational within the public sector and the remainder in the private sector, predominately working on healthcare projects.

I have been responsible for the operational estates and facilities function across a number of major public and private sector establishments and projects across the UK.

I have a deep understanding of the tender process, particularly within construction, installation and maintenance contracts. 

I have gained a wealth of experience in developing both private and public sector social infrastructure projects including commercial, financial and operational ‘service redesign’ solutions.
