In order to calculate the costs of providing service it is necessary to design and build a framework in which all costs can be recorded and allocated or apportioned to specific customers or other activities.  We can develop cost models to show, for example, the cost of each service, the cost for each location. 

Whole life costing

Purchase costs of a service of piece of equipment is only a very small part of its operational cost. Whole life costing (WLC) takes account of your product or service from concept to end of life.  We capture and consider design, purchase, lease, maintenance, operation, utilities, training and disposal cost elements and use the WLC to support investment appraisals and improve the quality of decision-making.
